Energy Performance
The new build portions or the development will have an “A” Rating for the Energy Performance Certificate. Incorporating highly insulated fabric and efficient mechanical heating/cooling.

Layout designed by the electrical consultant and architect with developer input.
All installations will comply with the latest IEE Regulations and will include:

- Ethernet cable installed for future high definition television installed to all principal rooms and bedrooms.
- WIFI booster points installed throughout.
- Main entrance entry video system with remote control via wall pad or telephones.
Lighting consultant and architect to design and specify the light fittings internally and externally, with the developer’s input.
