Louis has been involved in Real Estate since 1996 and co-founded BMI Group in 1998. He has played an important role as a development consultant for some of Gibraltar's largest developments including Atlantic Suites, The Anchorage, Kings Wharf and Buena Vista Park Villas to name but a few; he was also directly involved in the sale of Gibraltar’s largest commercial development and the sale of Gibraltar’s largest residential sale to date. Louis often advises various corporate entities and the financial services industry in general, with respect to property related matters in Gibraltar. He has been invited to speak at various conferences and is considered a leader in his field.
Lawrence is one of the founders of the Fiduciary Group and is Managing Director of Fiduciary Property Services Limited and Chairman and founding partner of BMI Group. His role is primarily related to the management and development of properties including Europort, Gibraltar's largest commercial property development as well as Atlantic Suites and Kings Wharf. He is very much involved in looking at the wider aspect of new business for BMI and in the Development Consultancy arm of the Group.
Maria Gloria Galliano
Maddy was appointed a Director in 2013 and manages BMI’s Finance and Accounting department which includes the running of over 100 properties under management. Maddy has been with the company since 1997 and is instrumental in the day to day running of the business. Her experience and professionalism, particularly with the financial statement / reporting aspects of our growing client portfolios, are invaluable to the company. She is also responsible for HR in the office.
Jackie was appointed Sales Director in 2014 after only 3 years of working at BMI. She joined us in 2011 and soon became an invaluable asset to our Sales Dept, both in residential and commercial property sales. Her wealth of experience in this sector has served her immensely. Jackie has an excellent reputation throughout Gibraltar having worked in the industry since 2004. She is able to deliver sound advice to buyers and vendors across the board. Her track record speaks for itself and is further supported by the many good will clients that she has gained throughout the years. Her endorsements are testament to her success’.
Head of Lettings
Lynsey joined BMI in 2014 and was engaged to assist with our Lettings Management portfolio. Over her time at BMI, she has developed her role extensively and now enjoys working in both our Sales and Lettings department, dealing with new applicants as well continuing in her administrative capacity. Her outgoing and professional profile serves her well within this industry and she has gained the trust and friendship of many of her clients, reflecting the very nature of BMI’s work ethic.
Ann-Marie started out with BMI as our receptionist in 2015 and she has fast become our main anchor at the office. Aside from her reception duties, Ann is involved in various areas of administration relating to our management portfolio and our sales portfolio. Her personable character and loyalty adds huge value to our offices, and her warm welcome to all our clients and applicants underpins BMI’s reputation as leaders in our field in every respect.
Gilliane joined us in October 2020 with a brief to assist with our growing management team and in particular our accounts department. In a short space of time, she has proved to become a major player in our team and is now involved running our property management accounts portfolio, which over the past 5 years has grown by nearly 50%. Gillaine works directly under Maddy Galliano (our FD) and with Louis Montegriffo MD.
Rental Manager & Office Admin
Georgina joined us on maternity cover and to manage our Reception and general administrative office duties. She has very swiftly become a key player in the business and is now a full time member of the team, coordinating various aspects of a busy Lettings & Management department. Georgina also assists our accounts department and works closely with Gillaine Whittle our Accountant and Lynsey Ignacio Head of Lettings.
Gaynor joins the BMI team from the UK, having worked in the real estate industry since 1995. Gaynor has worked in all aspects of lettings and property management including one of London’s largest institutional landlords, service charge management agencies and an award-winning specialist property consultancy advising private and company landlords, freeholders, and developers. Gaynor is an effective problem-solver with a hands-on approach and has been engaged to compliment the growing BMI Property Management Portfolio. She is well organised, practical and able to deliver common-sense management to all our Landlords and tenants.
