I just wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Vikesh Chabaldas, who managed the property we were renting at 5 Sunnyside. Over the two and a half years we lived there, we had a few different people looking after the property, but Vikesh really stood out as one of the best.

He was diligent, responsive, and genuinely good at his job. A particular example that stood out to us was when we had an issue with the boiler — he had it sorted within a day, which was hugely appreciated.

It makes a real difference when someone takes their role seriously and follows through, and I just felt it was worth letting you know that Vikesh did exactly that. Please do pass on our thanks to him.
